Three steps. You create a profile and verify your contact information. You join the village closest to you — or start one for your neighbourhood. Then you either ask for help with a short request, or offer time through Lend a Hand.
There is no feed to learn and no algorithm ranking your community. Villages are small, local and moderated by their own members.

No. Public villages accept join requests, which admins review. Private villages are invite-only.
Every member provides verified contact information when they join. Verification happens before a member is accepted into any village.
